PRODUCTS
Mamata offers a selection of cosmetic products, dedicated to your facial skincare. The characteristics, INCI, usage instructions, and benefits of each product are thoroughly described in the leaflet included in the product packaging.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability is indicated on the website at the time of order. However, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users, products may sell out before the order is confirmed. In case of unavailability, Mamata will promptly inform you and proceed with a refund or item return.
PRICES and PAYMENTS
All prices are expressed in Euro (€), including VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately during the purchase process. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, and credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. The charge occurs at the time of order confirmation.
DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 3 business days from confirmation. Delivery is made via DHL courier to the address provided by the customer. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within … days of receiving the products, without needing to provide reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to fill out and sign the return form, send a copy to customer support, and include it, along with the products to be returned, in the package for shipment. Products must be returned intact, sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, using a courier of their choice. The refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned products.
LIABILITY
Mamata is not responsible for damages resulting from the improper use of cosmetic products. It is recommended to carefully read the usage instructions and indications found in the leaflet.
PRIVACY
Personal data provided during the purchase is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Sensitive data is used exclusively for order fulfillment and is not transferred to third parties without the customer's consent.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Mamata reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will be effective from the date of publication.
