Follow these steps:
1. Fill out the form

Send a copy of the form to our customer service

3. Prepare the package
Include the filled-out form and the products you wish to return in the package you have prepared.
NB: Products must be intact and sealed.
4. Ship
Send the package, with the courier of your choice, to the following address:

5. Refund
After evaluating the return conditions, you will receive a refund equivalent to your purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
